"Delicious and Easy Potato Chatkhara Kabab/Cutlet Recipe"
Ingredients:
2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely hacked cilantro (coriander)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Salt, to taste
Oil, for frying
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and mashed
potatoes, onions, cilantro, green chili (if using), cumin seeds, coriander
seeds, red chili flakes (if using), and salt. Mix well until everything is well
combined.
Take small amounts of the mixture and shape them into round
or oval kababs or cutlets. You can use your hands or a small cookie cutter to
shape them.
Heat oil in an enormous container or wok over medium-high
intensity. When the oil is hot, carefully place the kababs or cutlets into the
pan.
Cook the kababs or cutlets for about 2-3 minutes on each
side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the kababs or cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.Serve the kababs or cutlets hot with your choice of dipping sauce or chutney. Enjoy!
